I reported January 2nd 2024 I was over charged. I spoke with Ally and received a incident # and was told someone in management would contact me within 48hrs. I phoned Jan 15th and was hung up on twice. Now I have to dispute though my financial institution. All I wanted was the over payment to be refunded!!!!

I went there to see a doctor. I had a validated ticket, but I still had to pay the full price. Terrible customer service.

Ripped Off
Paid in advance for parking on Saturday, Sept. 2. Checked out a couple of hours early before my allotted parking time expired. Machine wouldn't read my QR code. Tried everything, increased phone brightness, tried cancelling the ticket and re-inserting it .....nothing worked. Had to insert my credit card and get ripped off for $26 on top of what I paid on-line. Will never go here again!

The code did not work
The code did not work. I ended up paying and lost the amount paid for the inline parking ticket.

I tried to use my code and the scanner…
I tried to use my code and the scanner stated invalid code. I then had to pay $20 to exit the parking garage. I spent a total of $28.50 for 2.5 hours. I will stick with parking apps I have used before.

Voucher deemed invalid.
The price was great! However, my voucher was deemed "invalid" by the ticket machines. I had to call for assistance multiple times. The people working were very helpful and friendly, but I wish the voucher had just worked to begin with.

Two times out of two
Two times out of two, the code did not scan upon entry nor exit. Invalid code. Had to back up, go to the attendant and twice show her my reservation and have her let me out of the garage. Fortunately she was nice I'll give her 5 stars.

Cheap but a pain.
Cheap. But the scanners either worked and denied or wouldn’t scan at all. Very frustrating.
