We found the whole experience to be very complicated. It’s not totally clear. Maybe the second time in may be easier. It took a lot of extra time reading and figuring out the process.

It was a bad experience
It was a bad experience, if not worse. I gate broken and we were locked inside the underground park.
It took over 2 hours before we can finally got out of the park.
Unfortunately and having subjected to hardship, you still charged us for all the duration we were locked inside.
We were done by 9pm but we could not get out until 11:15pm

App is difficult to use and not…
App is difficult to use and not intuitive. I didn’t know if i had registered correctly or not, and that uncertainty existed right until I exited. App use should be simple and less trouble than manual ticketing. I will go out of my way to not park where i have to use your complicated system, thanks.

The QR code in the building led to a…
The QR code in the building led to a broken web page. It was not obvious that a text message had been sent to me so I relied on the prominently displayed QR code (several in the building) which led to the broken page causing frustration. Perhaps eliminate the QR code altogether and advise people to check their phone for a text from you with instructions.

No exit code posted
There is no code posted anywhere so I was stuck in the parkade and had to go searching for it. Other than that it's great and much easier to park in a safe space.
