We received a ticket for our car after we had paid for the parking. All of the information was correct when I input the info via the app. We've submitted a claim after the face to dispute the ticket.

I like the $2 parking charge because I feel that is reasonable for a lot that is not in great shape and has a lot of empty parking spaces except for MORPC monthly "M" leases. However, I feel the extra $1 (pardon me 99 cents) fee is high. 50 cents would be more reasonable as I am saving you cost to maintain the payment kiosk at the lot by taking up space on my cellphone for your app.

Your sign is misleading
Your sign is misleading, it says Every day all day $2.00
but it charged me twice because evidently the sign should say for eight hours. I received two texts asking for another payment before my time ran out.
