Even though I paid for a weekend of parking I was never guaranteed a parking spot. It seemed they sold more tickets than spots (or just allowed anyone to park).

I’m not sure how secure this lot is. I park there when I stay at the iron horse but didn’t know parking was including in my stay. There is covered parking next door and I may try thst next time.

App did not let me go back to review and change time before finalizing payment. This should absolutely be possible. I mistakenly chose 2 days instead of 2 hours, so a $5 parking fee ended up at $30. N... Voir plus

All spots occupied
On one of the nights I couldn’t find a spot. I called customer service and we worked it out. They allowed me to park in a handicapped spot until the morning.

They gave me a parking citation for $55…
They gave me a parking citation for $55 three minutes after I had paid! Then, when I called the number to contest it, there was no answer. When I asked the parking attendant, who was continuing to write tickets, he told me he couldn’t help me. Please avoid this parking ramp.

I found it easy to use. The QR code made it easy. I was just surprised that it did not ask for the spot location number.

I parked on the lower level for two…
I parked on the lower level for two days and someone parked next to me in the surgery spot and left large noticeable door damage (a ding is an understatement).

They told us to move the cars because they were going to paint. To move to the parking in front, since I paid for 4 days. I receiving a parking citation from the other parking lot. I need you guys to cover that charge or talk with the other parking lot to erase that parking violation. Please write to my email
