They advertised an all day parking pass but it was 3 hours for $10 in a garage that was “first 3 hours free”. I realized before parking and requested a refund and haven’t heard back. It’s been 3 days.... Voir plus

We reserved the time needed online ahead of time and when we arrived found parking on a really busy day- Patriots Parade. Facility was clean and safe.

Poor tech, poor service
Link in email to bring up parking pass didn't work. I bought the pass last minute and needed to use it immediately to get to work on time. It was really hard to find a support phone # to call and by the time I did, I had to find another parking lot. They couldn't solve my problem and said they'd call back. They never did.

Scanning the QR code did not work well going into the garage (3minutes) and did not work at all on the way out.
