Parking lot was nice and convenient. Would have given 5 stars.
Paid online for the parking fee. All seemed fine. Even got a text to ask if I wanted to extend, however, I had already left the parking lot so not needed.
A few days later, received a text that the transaction did not go through and to pay for the charge by a certain date so it would not have late payment fees.
Questioned that.
Using the link, it showed I still owed five dollars. Huh?
Do they would want people to double pay?
When I called their phone number, the woman said well things happen.
My credit card statement said I did pay.

Using this type of payment system is…not helpful. If an attendant is going to be present to instruct to use the UR code, they should also be available to take cash
Using this type of payment system is very cumbersome to those of us who are not experienced with using UR codes and could cause backups of cars attempting to get into the parking lot
