I pulled into the "economy" lot almost by mistake. I thought I would give it a try. There was plenty of parking available so I parked close to one of the numerous pick-up areas.

The shuttle pulled up behind my car by the time I turned the engine off and got out. So no shuttle area needed. She helped load and unload my bags.

The drive to this terminal is very short.

On the return trip it was much the same experience in reverse. Quick pickup, short trip, help with bags. After exiting it is quick and easy to find the entrance ramps to I244 going either direction.

It couldn't have gone much better.

I called Linebarger Goggan Blair & Sampson, LLP, law firm in Texas who sent me a collections notice for $60.99. Next to "Violation:" it simply says "Parking". Sorry, not enough info. All your telling me is that I parked in parking lot and you want me to open my wallet with that? I refused to state my home address over the phone for them to "validate" who they're speaking with... never mind that I had already stated/spelled my full name and read to them the violation and reference number. I'm not sharing private info on a recorded line to an unknown scammy law firm who records the calls and won't state their security protocols to keep my info safe. So we got no where. On their website it shows pictures of my car, with the tail lights clearly on, so who knows, maybe I simply turned around in the parking lot for all they can prove with that. But I will not be parking or shopping there anymore. Linebarer Goggan Blair & Sampson from Texas are hurting local business in Castle Rock. Absurd! Sorry business owners! I tried five times to enter my validation code before the web interface gave me a place to enter it. I tried bith license plate and contact information to identify myself. Neither worked. Frustrating

I understand the businesses wanting to regulate who parks there, but for you guys to charge a 99 cent fee for free parking is unnecessary and makes me want to never park there again.

I'm here as a doordasher, Yolanda's was a hotspot...waiting on an order- finally got an order, from Z'abracvi's. But my battery was dead-/

The signage said "Parking for customers only." I bought a cup of coffee, for cash, at Dazbog and talked with a friend for about an hour. Three months letter I received a letter from a Texas collections law firm saying I owned $60.99, without identifying the location, date or time. I sent a reply letter. I then received a follow up letter from the same lawyers enclosing pictures and demanding payment or providing a receipt or a redacted bank statement. I of course had neither - it was a $3 cup of coffee. Complete, fraudulent scam operation. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! When I complained to the CR Police Department, they said they couldn't do anything because it was private property.

The system is tolerable but the need for it is SAD!

Tried to pay using the posted QR code and the website wouldn’t let me. Spoke with a worker at one of the restaurants and got my parking validated. After putting in the validation, the website indicated it was accepted yet I still received a huge fine in the mail a month later. What’s the point in trying to pay or validate if you are still fined $60 and threatened with collections or towing?!

I parked in a parking.com parking lot in Castle Rock, CO for dinner and used the QR code to stay in the lot for 2.5 hours. Upon leaving the lot, the “meter” on my phone continues to go up instead of stopping at 2.5 hours. There is no”stop payment” button. It now says we have been there 10 hours, which is not true, and it gives you no idea of what the rate is. Help!!!!!!

BAD SYSTEM! As I business owner, I do not like putting other businesses on blast but there's no ready way to contact the company during the parking process.

The entire process was very confusing. Had to interrupt the shop owner to explain how to park and get validation. System never disclosed fees or parking rates. Requested credit card but only after consulting with the shop owner did I discover that a CC was not actually required.

It was a complete time consuming hastle. I had to run insode Dazbog to request the code you requested. 10 minutes running around. Will avoid parking there again

Why pay now? For seven years I’ve been coming to this parking lot without paying.
