Over 65 and did not know how to use at code

Thanks for asking about our parking experience in Denver. Our only issue was there are two private parking lots side by side and maybe a little better signage identifying the two separate, unrelated lots could be helpful.

We purchased the parking spot so we knew we would have one for the concert event when we got there. Unfortunately, when we arrived at the parking lot, there were no spots available. I guess somebody just decided to park there. There was no attendant or anyone around to help us, so he went over to an adjacent parking lot and paid to park there, and we ended up having to spend $10 to park.

The only way you can park in you lot is if you have smart phone, that is not fair.

Like the app, not explained well at parking lot

Open lot and not maintained well. Narrow parking spaces. No video surveillance for record if somebody hits and runs. Parking fee is expensive than other parking places.

It’s difficult to use QR code & get into the payment area

Short drive to the airport, good service. Flight was delayed no extra cost.

Difficult to determine how to pay for parking. LACK OF INSTRUCTIUONS! One lady left and parked somewhere else.

I received a parking violation even after paying twice. Clearly I paid for the parking spot since you are contacting me for a review. I am trying clear up this parking ticket, as I did pay $16.99 and then again $9.99. Just to ensure I would it get a violation. The daily rate is $16, so I believe I paid more than enough for the 4hrs and 15mins I was parked there.

The process was easy enough but a week after getting home I get a ticket in the mail with a $50 fine saying I didn't pay for parking! They do email you a receipt so Keep your receipts!!

My appt got changed and I paid 16.99 for 5 minutes of parking with no refund option. The space got filled 5 minutes after I pulled out. This should be fixed for this sort of thing.

We were out of state tourists and liked the fact we could find close parking to the mint but would not have been able to figure out the pay online system without the help of a stranger parking next to us.

I have had good experience with parking.com. they have good network and prices are reasonable!

It was very difficult to complete the whole process, especially because of the glare on my phone at the location where I could scan the QR Code. I would up going inside the place I was looking for so I could complete the account creation and payment process. I was worried about getting towed if I was too late to pay.
