Garage was closed. How can parking.com possibly sell parking time for a garage that is closed during the time reserved? I will be demanding a refund. I would give zero stars if possible.

Poor interactive online application. Parking was time-limited, but feature was not obvious to this user. Parking had expired and garage was closed upon my arrival. Parking location was not correct. I do not recommend Parking.com.

Prrpaid for a spot to garage that was closed on weekends
I prepaid for parking for event last Saturday to avoid the stress of driving around a city i didn’t know trying to find parking . Sadly, I arrived in Wilmington only to find the garage I purchased parking for was CLOSED just as many of the garages are on weekends. So the exact thing u tried to avoid happened despite my being proactive to secure parking. PARKING.com as per of process asks for dates. Why ask and sell spot reservations if they know garage is closed at that time.
