Shortchanges you on time
They measure the time you need to leave from when you start using the site, not from when you finish checking out. That means you're paying for how long it takes to create an account, then getting less than the actual hour. The fees are also disclosed way too late in the checkout process and there's no option to extend a time slot without paying more fees beyond the actual parking rate.
