The time chooser is very annoying for…
The time chooser is very annoying for the 12 hour lots. I don’t like how it changes the date automatically.
The lot does look cleaner though. There used to be more broken glass.

I really the price of your parking and how affordable it is. I also enjoy how you notifie me when my parking time is almost over.

Web and mobile versions available. Not all features work as intended though. A couple to highlight: in the app the scan QR feature is buggy (for iPhones, at least); on the web version (for Safari) the location finder doesn’t work for geolocation; many other small things but everything works reasonably well for Millennials and younger, probably not so for older folks. One thing I appreciate, an Apple Pay feature that does work!!

Not so great
I tried to cancel during the allowed time but it wouldn’t allow me. I suspect it could be because was in another time zone at the time, but was definitely within the cancellation window. Then I couldn’t locate the lot. I wound up just eating the cost and paying to park in the CTA lot.

The only issue is finding parking at my…
The only issue is finding parking at my desired location so I usually have to drive to the next location to park , but of course that doesn’t reflect on you .

I am at odds.
I am at odds.. the parking.com team is great.. but some of the people they hire to enforce the rules are horrific.. I got towed and because I was 2 minutes to late I had to pay 250 and the towing company is like a 30 min Uber ride.
By the time I walked to station to buy ticket and meet my friend the tow truck had already marked my car.
