They’ll scam you out of $102 for overstaying by just a few minutes — or even for simply idling in the lot after your permit supposedly expires.

I was given a parking violation even though i had paid my parking fee.

My family and I were visiting my daughter for her school graduation, and it was rather annoying to have to spend the time to deal with a violation which i should not have gotten in the first place.

Horrible time getting out. And parking staff was rude!

The parking sign for this parking lot is so far away from the front, I never saw it. I don’t live in the area so I didn’t realize I had to pay for parking. I live in the suburbs where it’s always free. Saw the guy taking pictures of my car, so I came out to see what he was doing. Issuing a ticket. Tried to explain to him and pay for parking, but he acted like he couldn’t understand me. Um, ok. Ya. Honest mistake. No Grace. Get better signage. The car next to me also got a ticket at the same time. Clearly I wasn’t the only one who didn’t see it!!

The cost is excessively high, even for only a couple hours! If we would have come a few hours later, we could’ve found free parking. That’s what we’ll do next time.

Eat $hit, parking should be free.

Please make it easier for the app to recognize registered users. I am often in a hurry to meet someone when I park so would like the process to be streamlined. And it's often too bright to see my phone.

Too expensive

This is an overpriced pathetic cash grab that's screwing over the people that live and need to work in the area. $15 an hour? You're a leech to the city and can get f*#ked

I used it in one area and went to another area and kept telling me they couldnt validate my tags. Had to move to a different facility to park.

It took us about 15 minutes to go through the process of trying to pay for parking. This is a completely cumbersome system.

I don't like using an app to pay. Install meters or a parking attendant to pay.

Your rates are too high. I am from LA and even in a larger more expensive city of LA, you always get 1 -2 hours free parking before rates kick in.

The greed is beyond belief--not just you, but the parking situation in general. There's something really repugnant about almost every inch of parking costing money.

No price was posted. I could not cancel the transaction after I entered my credit card information. I will never park in that lot again.
