Great location but we could not get the door to unlock to get back in the garage. Had to go across the street to get assistance to get in and then they had to let us out. Apparently this is a common... Voir plus

Convenient, but I prepaid on line and couldn’t figure how to get in without taking a ticket. Then took 10 minutes to get out — couldn’t hear the person on the intercom because the machine kept talking... Voir plus

I did my reservation online which was easy but was inconvenienced when the scanner at the gate couldn't scan my q code and again when I left. It was so embarrassing trying to scan the code with people... Voir plus

Illegal Deceptive Pricing Practice

Sign posted said 1 hour parking starting at $4. Only after parking do you learn that they charge $38 for one hour. Contacting the state AG office as they defended this practice when I contacted them and deceptive trade practices are ILLEGAL.

Bad, shady experience in New Orleans 811 Iberville Location

Parking was extremely confusing and there is no attendant on duty to help with issues. There needs to be additional instructions for customers after they purchase a spot, because customers cannot enter the lot at the end of the night in the same way that they drove in to park their car. Also, the exit gate has a lot of issues and requires you to get out of the car which is quite annoying. These multiple issues made me late to leave the the end of the night, and they tried to charge me double my original price for leaving three minutes late. Avoid at all costs- there is a reason this is the cheapest lot around!

Do NOT Recommend this garage!!

Purchased a weekly parking pass in advance before my vacation to New Orleans. Was not able to exit the garage by scanning the QR code. Would say an "error" each time. Also, sometimes the door would not open from the street entrance from our parking ticket. Had to talk to 4 different customer service reps and was hung up on 2x. None of the csr's spoke clear English. Did not feel safe walking to my car. Was not well-lit in the garage. If not for the manager, Marco for helping us and also letting us out on out last day, we would have to keep calling the box in the garage. There is no live, human being working as an attendant. Where is the customer service?? Have staff working in the garage, Please!!!

Thank you, Marco for helping, but shame on the management company. We should get a refund. Not worth the money. Do Not Recommend!!!

Do NOT use this garage.

Preparing for a trip to New Orleans I chose this garage because it was close to our hotel, boasted of safety and secure garage and easy access. lol this garage is 1. Not what it said 2. Disgusting and outdated 3. Not safe or well lit 4. No attendant. 5. When you call customer service you get someone who does not speak English and often hangs up on you. As a single female is felt extremely unsafe and most importantly not valued as a customer. If it were not for Marco, this garage manager I’d never been able to access my car.

I reserved a parking space with…DH Holmes Garage

I reserved a parking space with Parking.com but when we arrived, the scan of the QR code didn't work. I pressed the assistance button but no one answered or came to help so I had to pay again at the garage. I am used to scanning QR codes, so I don't believe the problem was on my end. (Two of us actually tried to scan the code,) I called customer service as soon as I arrived home and the issue was resolved immediately with the representative crediting my account. I give her 5 stars.

If it seems too good to be true, IT IS. Do not use.

Scheduling was easy when it came to returning to garage to get car, accessing the pedestrian entry was awful. The access required parking ticket, and I had only the QR code provided by online reservation. The resulting inability to access garage AND have the security arm raised upon exiting garage was a nightmare. There was no way to provide QR code or proof of payment in advance. Will never use this ever again. I chose this for safety and I was left out on the street until someone exited via the door we could not get opened by the “assistance” button. The persons who answered this number were clueless and were unable to unlock this door.

Had to pay twice, never again!

Quite possibly my worst parking garage experience. I’ve only used the service before to reserve a space. This time I opted to pay in advance and use the QR code. It didn’t work, the garage scanner simply would not accept the code no matter what I tried. I had to pay twice as a result. I’ve been unable to get refunded as well, with no customer service response.

Great service and super convenient…

Great service and super convenient parking garage. Only drawback was that I was totally unable to scan the QR code at the garage and had to do an Assistance call to get out of the garage.

No one was around

The QR code did not scan. I was unsure what to do and no one was around or answered the phone. I took a ticket to get in. I probably would have been double charged if my hotel's valet didn't help out. They also had trouble getting in to the garage. I will never park in the French Quarter again.

Ease of finding the garage

Ease of finding the garage. Only issue was not knowing we had to check in first at the hotel across the street. The QR code wouldn't scan.

Almost everything was wrong

Almost everything was wrong! I will never use this app again!
The scan did not open the gate. we waited and tried over and over for >20 minutes. Finally it worked - we still do not know how or why. NO ONE answers the assist call button!!!
Next, horrible - - really horrible - we could NOT get to our car the next day! Elevator did not work, and stairs are welded shut! We had to wait for another vehicle to come and I ran after that vehicle while gate was open. THEN I met 2 employees upstairs who helped get us out. Wasted sooooo much time, AND you charged another day because it took us so long to get the car. Your service is terrible. We told as many people as we could about how bad your parking app is. Never, never again.

Scanning failure.

We set our reservation online but when we got to the garage there was no way to scan the QR code. We had to pay the regular amount to park so effectively we paid twice.

Paid for parking ahead of time

Paid for parking ahead of time. Received confirmation and a QR code.
Unclear how to use to get out of garage. Texted the number on sign and got “Vehicle not detected. Please try again when near the gate.” Any closer to gate and I’d be through it.
Called number no help.
Eventually gave in and paid additional $36 just to get out. Do better please.

Booked parking at the DH Holmes garage

Booked parking at the DH Holmes garage. Scanner didn’t work at the garage so after calling for assistance an employee let us in. Same thing to get out. Won’t use this one again.

Don't Misplace Your Ticket

Ramp security was OK but there needs to be a way to contact the company, especially if one forgets their entrance ticket inside or looses it. None of the external call buttons worked. Phone numbers were not answered. We needed to breech the security in order to gain access to our vehicle. Also, the instructions for pre-paid parking booked online do not match how the ramp works: There was no way to scan the parking pass either for entry or exit. Thankfully the internal call button at the exit worked, but it was extremely difficult to converse with the automated gate shouting "PLEASE SCAN YOUR TICKET" every three seconds.

Bad Experience

We drove up to the parking garage entrance but was not aware I had to pull a ticket to open the gate given I have already prepaid for reserved parking. Upon exiting and trying to scan my QR code after inserting the ticket the gate would not open and asked for payment. Luckily a valet attendant was there and helped speak with the administrator and to allow us to leave. It was a trying experience starting our vacation visiting the French Quarter! Please make it easier for tourists.

Fair price for parking

Fair price for parking, difficult trying to use my prepaid scan code to check out. Speaker at the check out machine was terrible. I finally got the person to receive my order number after 10 minutes of trying to understand what he was asking.
