Double Charge
Charge me twice and when I called to try to get a refund customer service told me I had to call a different number because they were unable to see the parking lot information. When I called the other number I got voicemail. It should not be that hard to get a refund.

I picked 3 hours and I paid 20$
I picked 3 hours and I paid 20$, when I wanted to extend time by 1 hour it charged me extra 20$ while other people paid only 20$ for the whole 5 hour they stayed in the museum.
