Bad system; paid twice! And…
The system is difficult to navigate. I did everything but I suppose my registration did not come through. I got a ticket, which I have paid. But apparently I was also charged by the system. That’s nearly $30 paid total for ticket and parking fee, and I parked for less than an hour. That’s ridiculous, especially for a small city like Jackson.

Total pain.
First time using Parking.com. Truthfully, getting a card at the entry to the garage was easier. Take the card, pay on exit. Here, I had to enter a ton of information, create an account, etc. I was running late and figured I could fill it out later. WRONG! The system timed me out. Had to exit the meeting, go back to the garage to get the location right. Total pain.

Easy to pay
Easy to pay. Excellent set up with reminders that a parking is about to end. Easy to pay for longer time. Great service over all!

I’m new to the QR Code parking system and was nervous about using it. There was an attendant making sure the garage was clean and was courteous in explaining the process for me. I look forward to using this garage in the future.
