Cumbersome!! Screens were were inconsistent in their showing up, as well as often delayed!!! Took me 20 min, because of needing to refill !!!!

What I like is the very convenient parking lot and easy payment process, what I dislike immensely is the rate, almost $11.00 for an hour!
It was easy to set up, and the texts letting you know how much time was left was helpful. Also, you can’t beat covered parking during the day in Phoenix!

Nice but at a steep price
A nice, safe lot in a good area, just outside the “crazy” zone. Only downside is the price…a bit steep for the area. Lower the price and you’ve got a winner!

$15 dollars per minute It’s kind of ridiculous…
I arrived to the parking space and selected the time on the parking spot, it then prompt me to make the $15 dollar payment. I got my receipt and noticed that the time was changed to be there only 15 minutes. After the 15 minutes I got a text to extend my parking spot. $15 dollars per minute It’s kind of ridiculous. Shady practices
When I checked various times it said $10 and then where it came to pay it was $15.
I didn’t have time to fix it or investigate further but that’s shady.
