Parking.com - Federal Place Lot Avis 13

We paid $67 to park at the federal place lot through park whiz, went to the lions game came out and my window along with 10 other cars windows were smashed and everything was stolen out of our cars, including my purse. Do not park here they do not watch the lot after they take your money. Very sketchy!!

Very affordable price for unlimited parking. For those who don't mind a moderate walk to the Detroit Opera House.

It is very easy to book a parking.

When I got my ticket it didn't say we couldn't leave the parking and come back. But due to getting a refund and such a nice person that handled my call ill give 3 stars

The lady was not in the booth. She was in her car nearby and kept yelling at me to hurry up. She told me to find another place to park. The credit card machine was not working and she said oh well. How is this lady a representative of your company. I will never use your sites.

Was unable to actually park in the lot I prepaid for so I wasted 10 bucks for nothing…..at least it was cheap.

If you show up to your parking area a couple minutes early they will not let you in. So when your in a new city and have no idea where you are and you pull up to the gate with a line of traffic behind you and the gate wont open your screwed. Seriously? There cant be a couple minutes leeway, instead lets make people orchestrate about 20 cars to back up down a one way road so you can get out of the way to let everyone else through. And when you ask for help the answer is " Yeah, sorry you have to show up at the exact time or later to open the gate, have a nice day" I will never use this service again, what a horrible experience, and the parking sucked on top of that. I have used many similar services and there is always a couple minutes leeway, you can never time a drive through a city to be exact, you may actually show up 3 minutes early, so if I show up 10 minutes late are you going to refund me for that 10 minutes I already paid for, nope.

I paid for parking and I couldn't get in the lot. It was a waste of money

Bought "all day" parking reservation, couldn't go through the gate until the EXACT time on the ticket. The "help desk" didn't offer any viable solution.

I like that I can reserve my spot and pay online and print my receipt without having to carry cash. It’s easy. The only concern I have is that some people say they use they same printout, paying one time, when they park multiple days because the parking attendants don’t check this when the cars are parked, only that you have it in your dash.
