Parking.com - Fiesta lot Avis 77

It was my first-time parking in this lot, and it would've been better if there were more QR codes to scan vs only one sign (as I was entering the lot). I had to stand in the entrance when it was clear of cars trying to enter the parking lot to scan the only visible code. Other than that, it was okay. Also, if you're going to advertise that the parking is only 20$, you should really say it's 21 after the convenience fee added while paying.

Got charged twice, complete rip off.
No attendant, and overpriced.

No issues, car was fine for hours and close to market square.

The entire process was way to long to try and pay.. also it’s outrageous the fees to park, it not worth going to any events.

Despite paying in full, I still received a parking ticket. I was able to successfully dispute, but I had to take time away from my vacation to do so.

I visited San Antonio and there PLENTY of parking spaces. None took cash. What else was I supposed to do? I found a spot I parked. I paid. You guys accepted the transaction. And after only about an hour I came back to my car and left. I payed for two hours. But I didn’t user the second hour. But I guess you guys only see when we haven’t paid and not when we should have gotten change.
When we owe you, you expect payment. But when we are owed who do we tell? How do we reach anyone to let them know. Either way I got back in my car and left the space open for the next shmuk. I’m from San Antonio born and raised and I left when I was 23. Kind of makes me not want to visit home anymore. 😩

It was easy to park and pay. No issues.

I paid for 3 hours after an hour told me my time was up

easy to get to and a great spot for the attractions we were attending..

We were paid to park until 5:20 pm and upon arrival back to our vehicle we had a ticket that was stamped 4:38 pm. They charged our CC $55 for being late. We weren’t late. We were in our vehicle before our paid time ran out at 5:20.

I was able to park for 24hrs with same rate.. and able to come in and out of parking lot when needed. Lot was clean and very lit.
