Purchase a pass online
Purchase a pass online. But the machine doesn’t recognize the pass code. Called for help and hold up the lines. Another time is the same and third time is the same. The parking pay machine doesn’t read prepaid online pass. Every time need to call for the help. It is unbelievable inconvenience!

cumbersome procedure.
The first timer I utilized the service I charged to my credit card and gave all the required information . checked the box that dedicated this card for future transactions to escape the time taken to insert the information.
I Unutilized the system the next day at a different location (the parking lot abutting the Dept of Motor vehicles in Flushing) and found that the system did not recognize my card. I was late, but I had to redo the cumbersome procedure .

When I checked out an alert popped up “…update: I got call and refund. Appreciated.
When I checked out an alert popped up “ Booking already exists”. I asked staff there and I was told my payment didn’t go through. I then paid cash at the booth. But now I was double charged. Failure.
