Easy to access. Ample parking

the app never works I sign in and then it kicks me out, says system error, it won't stay sign in, and it keeps asking to turn on the location on even though I type in the location I am at

The UI is not intuitive. Needs user experience design help especially for booking.

Hate that you have to add times. This is a train parking lot so should be by the day.

I received a parking violation stating that I didn't pay when I did and I have a receipt.

Easy way to book and pay for parking. No need to deal with QR Codes since I can pay in advance.

You charge me a fee and your terminal won’t take my travel card.

It took me 13 minutes to complete this parking fee. Which totaled $2.16. Ridiculous!

Buying parking was easy but finding the spot was not. The address and photo on Google are of a Hostess factory building and the parking is actually a block away, just south of the Metra tracks. I called support though, and they were quick to help troubleshoot.

This whole process is soooooo confusing!! I signed up for monthly parking for 6/14/23 and I received confirmation that I’m all set and that my parking spot will expire on 6/30/23.Then I call to get some clarification and the agent tells me that my parking doesn’t start until 7/1/23. This is so frustrating! Not good!

I was used to attendants being in the parking lot,but when I saw this QR code to register for parking, I was intimidated at first about how reliable this process was, but then it was easy to register my info and just like that, I was done & able to enjoy dinner with my family.

If you book in the app, lately the session doesn’t show up, although your card is charged. App is up to date.

Paying for parking was easy and inexpensive with a notification that the time was expiring. I will use this site again for travel downtown on Metra as the site is also close to my home. Thank you for the site

The app worked well the first time I used it. The next time I used it I entered the parking lot number as posted and the app initially showed the correct location. Somehow during paying for the parking I got applied to a different parking location in a different state. As a result I am receiving a parking wiolation to pay.

Awful. Just got a bill in the mail for $47 stating we didn’t pay when my texts and credit card statement say otherwise. Why get rid of the kiosks from parking lots and try to doing everything through mobile if you’re not intelligent enough to sync your received payments with your gotcha parking lot monitoring cameras? I’ll find another slot next time.

Aweful. Paid my fee have my receipt and get billed for non-payment. Another joke of service.

The mobile version would not allow me to pay. I could do everything except actually check out, and just watched the clock tick down. I even called customer service and was transferred to a number that never answered. Fortunately I did not get a ticket, but I hope this bug is fixed by the next time I need to use this service.
