It worked great signing in but we ran behind and we could not sign in to change our time of leaving. It came up with an error and then at the gate it charged additional 31.00 dollars. Not happy with... Voir plus

Couldn’t pay, site broken, no help
The site did not work and would not let me reserve for longer than 2hours at a time for the same price as 23hrs would have been. You have to pay in cash with exact change at the Parking lot which is super inconvenient. Then they threaten to tow you when their own website won’t let you pay for the time you need!! I called and left two messages hoping I wouldn’t get towed because I was trying to pay!! It was the Great Lakes Metra location. Worst parking experience EVER!

Making a stressful day much easier. This was best and easiest way to fix my need for a quick parking space off the base.

Website not working changed more money..…
It worked great signing in but we ran behind and we could not sign in to change our time of leaving. It came up with an error and then at the gate it charged additional 31.00 dollars. Not happy with that.

Rework system
After the machine at the lot didn't work when we were parking, the website took over 30 minutes for me to be able to book parking.
And then when I needed to extend, that wasn't possible.

app is messing up
customer service on phone was not helpful. Had to pay twice (more than the daily parking fee) because the app messed up and it was only $1.50 Per day. I paid $1.84 twice
