Difficult and Clunky App
Your app is difficult to use and not intuitive. It needs a lot of work- difficult to search for specific events. Also you should be able to check out multiple days in one transaction, rather than checking out each day separately. This app is a necessary evil.

Poor multi day user experience
The app/website is geared for single day events or parking. I exclusively need to park for multiple days at a time. It’s inconvenient to have to go through the entire checkout process for every day I need to reserve parking.

The place was pay at location only
The place was pay at location only. Everyone else was able to do a refund with a button below that went to the event with us but it didn't display on my phone so I lost out on like $17

The two young guys were professional and extremely knowledgeable. They were kind and accommodating. Great personality! No problem finding a parking space.

Charged $15.00 for a few min delay which is unavoidable due to the long queue of exiting cars
Hello: We recently booked through you for the ATA event. Our checkout time was 11:59 AM. I had called the number you posted for help and even texted the number asking for a 30 min grace period. The event was jam packed with 500 viewers and took some time for us to get to the parking lot. There were so many cars waiting to exit and it took 30 min to get to the exit gate of the parking. You charged $15 just for 30 min which is really a shame. Even the hotels allow grace period. There was no one to talk to at the time and this is something you really need to look at
