Be careful when you reserve
Scheduled a park for the cubs the game overnight, when we got there the we code would not scan so we had to pay again. $40 to reserve and $60 for an unreserved. Tried to get a refund for the $40. Did. It get it.

Cubs Game Parking
Used it for a Cubs game and the location had a very helpful individual making sure cars didn't back up waiting and then assisting with available parking spots.

You should have a sign that tells people to BRING their ticket with them to get back in at end of night.
Almost got locked out - and there were several other people also.

Very disappointing experience.
Very disappointing experience this time around. Usually always park in same parking garage and purchase through app with no issues. However, this time when the QR code was scanned, it gave an error message and the attendant had to contact the supervisor to ask stupid questions. Finally got a ticket but when I was leaving guess what they expected me to pay the new rate, so once again call someone to fix issue and again ask stupid questions.

I paid for parking online but my…
I paid for parking online but my receipt wouldn’t scan at the gate so I ended up paying 50 more dollars on top of the 31.50 I paid online. I won’t be using this service again.
