It's a hassle to scan the QR code and then add all of your information and then pay. A kiosk where you insert your credit/debit card and get receipt that you put on your dash would be MUCH easier.
I prepaid for a spot in this lot and was unable to park due to lot being full upon arrival. Supposedly the lot is monitored for illegally parked vehicles but it didn't appear to be. Requested a refund... Voir plus

Buyer Beware!
I prepaid for a spot in this lot and was unable to park due to lot being full upon arrival. Supposedly the lot is monitored for illegally parked vehicles but it didn't appear to be. Requested a refund from the company and have yet to get a response. Buyer beware!

I would give it a zero, if possible
I would give it a zero, if a choice. Pre-paid $60.50 for 24 hours of parking. Drove 5 1/2 hours. Arrived to no available spots. Now getting run around form customer service on refund.

Prepaid for parking, lot was full when we arrived. If it’s license plate monitored, then there should have been a lot of cars towed. They were double parked. I would like my money back.

When we arrived to park
When we arrived to park, the lot was already full even though we had purchased a parking pass. We then had to spend more time looking for another place to park, pay again, and was late to the concert.

Barely drivable lot
The lot was terrible. There were huge chunks of asphalt, uneven spaces, and ruts in the ground. It cost so much for an hour of parking, definitely not worth it. When we came back a few days later, the price had doubled. Obviously we did not park again. At that price, they should be able to pave the lot. Not interested in using this service again.

It's a hassle to scan the QR code and then add all of your information and then pay. A kiosk where you insert your credit/debit card and get receipt that you put on your dash would be MUCH easier.

Bought pass online but when I got to the parking lot there were no spaces available. Had to pay to park somewhere else. Waste of $50
