I bought a parking ticket online on stubhub before the event. There was no place to scan the ticket because the guys were just waving you straight in at the street. I have been receiving texts about paying the ticket and now it has late fees. Have called the number and left messages , but nobody has returned my calls. I do not live in NOLA therefore I am not driving back there to take care of it. Would like to get this fixed!!
The text has my tag number but yet so does the receipt from where I purchased it so you would think someone was smart enough to put two and two together.

Will never park here for an event again. We have been stuck for over an hour on the 9th level. Have moved half a level in that time

Easy to enter and exit with a reasonable price

When we arrived the person at the gate didn't know anything about prepaparking. After the game it took us 45 minutes to exit the garage because the gates were not working properly.

Easy to get in and out and at a reasonable price compared to the Parkinson rate at a hotel.

At the end of July they changed the system to ticketless. You MUST pay with the app. I'll be parkinf here as part of the Jury Pool. Luckily there was someone there waving a paper when I looked confused. Park, take a photo of your license plate and go check in with the court. OK. That works. You type your number into the app & then magically your license plate is registered to let you out of the garage.
But how do I get back in? The entrance is gated for pedestrians as well as cars.

I'm a woman alone, perhaps with a bag and you need your parking garage so locked up that now you want me to stand on the street, with my phone out, scan the giant QR code on the gate THEN ENTER MY NAME, PHONE NUMBER, EMAIL... SO YOU CAN ASK ME FOR A CREDIT CARD *BEFORE* YOU GIVE ME THE OPTION TO PICK A GATE NAME TO UNLOCK?!?!

Have been overcharged multiple times and unable to resolve issue with representatives despite providing documentation of prices at parking garage

Everything works pretty well. Important to know is to keep after scan the paper ticket to enter the garage and to open the exit gate.

Safe, secure no hassle parking

the parking itself was nice, however when leaving the garage, the ticket machine malfunctioned and i hope they arent still trying to charge me at this point.

Confusing for first timers.

Terrible experience from start to finish. When I arrived at the garage, the code provided would not let me in so I had to take a ticket instead. Then, their code would not let me in the garage to get my car causing another delay. Finally, their prepaid code wasn't accepted so I had to pay again. I called customer service and they put me on hold indefinitely. I finally just disputed the charge with my CC.
