The APP worked well. it seems that charging administrative fees on top of paid parking is excessive -given that there is no alternative ..Other parking apps seem to include lesser fees.

Finding Parking was easy
I was in an area that is hard to find parking and I cannot walk real far. So here I found parking right behind the restaurant that was reasonable. And it was easy to pay.

Charged for 2 days…
Somehow must have selected 2 days instead of 2 hrs and ended up with $48 charge. I immediately tried contacting them to change it but no way to do so - their voicemail said they would call back in five hours but never did. I also contacted them on their website with no reply.

I have used the app once previously and…
I have used the app once previously and made an account. On this occasion, I was in my husbands car. I put the license plate in for his car and to pay logged in. That was easy. Apparently logging in reverted back to my license and I received a $45 ticket. Information is inconclusive to be able to contest. Beware!!
