Parking.com - JEFFERSON PARK Avis 30

I was told to look for a zone number posted in parking area. At that address there was no zone number posted so I was not sure I was parking in the correct spot.

I was happy- But also hate extra fee & price hike. I try matchine & often it rejects my cash. Lot decent/I feel safe.

Nigdzie podczas rezerwacji nie ma informacji, że żeby korzystać z parkingu-trzeba mieć bilet na METRA.
Dopiero na miejscu jest taka informacja.

Jest to tylko parking dla osób korzystających z METRA,nie dla innych!!!!

They sold me a parking spot that was inaccessible during a neighborhood festival. All streets leading to the parking lot were closed.

Paid in advance for a spot. When I arrived there were no spots available in the lot. Emailed them asking for a refund or at least an explanation and they never responded.

It was extremely difficult to find that parking :(

Once I figured how to use the app it was easy.

Logging in doesn't work quite often. On those days you have to enter all your info like license plate, credit card,email address as you cannot use your saved info.

I wish the purchasing tickets will be easier and more clear. I was not aware of the end time and was getting tickets. I asked for someone to call me but no one did.

Doesn’t let you pay for parking. Tried for hours unsuccessful.

This app is frustratingly slow. It spins for what seems like a long time on every screen during the transaction.

For some reason my credit card information is not used for default payment, which requires an additional input every time I use the app. Seems like this can be more intuitive.

Both machines at this location were completely out of order. I had wanted to pay with cash and make a quick transaction of it, but instead had to go online and pay an extra fee for "convenience" to boot. As a result, I missed my train and was late for my appointment. Please fix your machines!

I wish they would save your zone! Every time I park in same lot I have to enter my zone I wish the app would have a favorites section & you can save! Sometimes I’m late & rushing to the train & the signs are in parking lot but I forget to look because I don’t want to miss train! Besides that everything has been fine!

Like how many spaces are available. Do not like the construction going on and the distance it has for crossing over and trying to catch the train.

Great price, easy to book, close to venue. No issues with the parking area.

I was surprised that a fee paid when at the machine is $1.50 to park for the whole day. If you use this app it's $2.16.
Note to self, keep $1.50 on you at all times.
