The scam app sometimes does not work. Nowhere on website to find number to identify location. A bit challenging to use all if unfamiliar.
I was able to park close to the entrance by a light so when we got home it felt safe even though it was dark.

flawless
I needed a spot close to a hotel in downtown Chicago and Parking.com delivered. It was literally across the street and for a price that was very competitive. Its two day fee equaled what the hotel overnight parking was charging for 1 nite. The in and out was simple, QR code worked perfectly, spots available. Very well done, I will be using this again

Terrible user experience
Terrible user experience. The app failed to allow me to pay and the scroll bar for the time allowance scrolls with the page which makes for a terrible time trying to get the value you want

Holy hell this is the worst app I’ve…
Holy hell this is the worst app I’ve used for parking. Good luck to any commuters who have to deal with this in any form of frequency.

The app is impossible
The app is impossible. It takes so long to try and get it to work. Then you can't add a day onto the parking until after midnight. Waste of time.

This is not an intuitive app
This is not an intuitive app. We had trouble going back in and trying to change the license plate number on our car. The old app that Metra used for the train station, ParkMobile, was much more user friendly.

At the La Fox Metra station
At the La Fox Metra station it say full day parking is $1.50 after scanning the QR code and purchasing parking the app says parking is $2.16. This makes no sense. Not to mention I even emailed Parking.com about it but never received a reply. Also, the app kept saying no parking spaces available when the lot was empty.
