The qrcode took us to a fraudulent page. We had to cancel the credit card. The bank told us that parking lot has been reported on many occasions.

The app was hard to use, had to reload it several times before got it to work. And should have the parking rates posted. If I knew before hand how much it would cost to park there, would have gone looking for street parking instead.

Time consuming registration process
I needed to run in an out of a bakery which was going to take 5 minutes at most but needed to sign up for a parking.com account in order to park in the lot. I didn't want to use the QR code because QR code fraud is common in our town, so it took even more time to type everything in. I'm sure that if I need to park again in one of your lots, it will come in handy to have an account in the future.

Too much trouble to get started. You’ll have to arrive at least 15 minutes to complete the QR
I will not use this parking system again unless there is no other option.

I paid my parking ticket @10:33am today…
I paid my parking ticket @10:33am today then after I got a violation parking ticket @2:29pm and 9:19 pm say that no parking ticket . But I paid $8 at the machine ant it provide a ticket receipt.
