Had difficulty entering lot with QR code and was given a parketing ticket. Wasn't sure what to do with ticket and if we had to oay again.
When leaving scanning code created challenges but after a few tries was able to leave withiut additional cost. Won't park there again.

Leave at the exit where there is an attendant.
Close, convenient parking however, upon exiting, the reader would not take my credit card, which was very frustrating.

I am very unhappy with this parking garage.
I am very unhappy with this parking garage. First it wouldn't take my my QR code that I bought, so I had to take a ticket and got charged $17 dollars on to of the $8 I paid to reserve my original spot. They refunded my $8 but I feel I should have only been charged my original $8. The phone numbers in the email are a joke. No way to leave a message.

No bargain
Facility is clean. Ample parking places.
However, there was no bargain for prepaying.
The charge was quite high.

Parkiing garage was easily accessed
Parkiing garage was easily accessed, parking spot conveniently located and above all the ability to communicate with a live person when I needed directions to access leaving the garage. Will use this facility in the future when attending shows at Lincoln Hall. Thank you for my positive experience.!!

Easy and convenient
Easy and convenient. The shuttle was at the airport waiting and left promptly after we climbed aboard so we were on our way home within minutes.

Convenient but price is unpredictable
Overall, the experience using the website is positive and convenient. However, the price for Lincoln Common is arbitrary--one day last week the price jumped from $7.00 to $20.00 for a 4 hour evening spot. Also, they recently added a 35 cent fee for each transaction that never used to be there.

This process was extremely easy and…
This process was extremely easy and user friendly. I am always nervous when I pull up to the gate that the QR code won’t work. This in and out process worked perfectly and I would use it again.

Your fix the exit procedure check out system at the exit is…
Your check out system at the exit is awful. It won’t read the QR code or to open up the gate. I processor to take about five minutes at the max turn into a 20 minute ordeal because the car in front of us was a little confused on what was going on and then when we got there we had the same issue
