Card did note work on either readers to exit. The assistance people had me pay online and it cost double because they didn't count my stamp validation. Cheap racket this place.

There was no reader for the ticket I bought and printed out. I ended up having to pay on site. I don't know what the issue is, but I was at the site (S+P) that I paid for, but it was called Blackhawk and had no reader for this site.

There was an attendant, I didn't get his name. He was very helpful.
There was an attendant onsite who was helpful and answered questions I had about the space. My card wasn't accepted at the exit. The person on the call set me up with a link to pay when I got home. it made things much less stressful.

The Price was Right, but not much else
We usually use SpotHero, but Parking.com was less expensive for our needs this time. However, the inability to extend time and/or get in/out privileges when you are parking for multiple days is frustrating. In addition, I called the number for the garage and left a message regarding whether we could come and go and never received a return call. The price was right, but not much else.

Pricing for this garage was good
Pricing for this garage was good, parking spaces weren’t too tight, although the turns around corners were a little tight. Lot was a little dirty, elevator buttons were broken so you couldn’t call it from anywhere except the first floor. Directions fo get into lot we’re also a little confusing as the entrance is actually off of Clyborn not North Ave or Halsted. Would park again though if I need to.

QR code didn't work
I don't know what else to say about it. Bought it an hour before. Showed up in my parking window, scanned it and it said invalid voucher. I tried the paper I printed and my phone. Had to talk to the attendant coming in and a difft attendant going out. Very inconvenient. Never have problems with other parking apps. Won't use again.
