Confusing parkades!
There seems to be two parking areas under two different buildings (Commerce Place and Manulife Place), but attached to a common entrance. We accidentally went to the wrong one and ended up paying for both. The signage was poor - I'm still not sure how to access the parking we paid through the app, since the signage indicated that the other direction led to a loading dock.

Left early and was charged extra
I paid for 7 hours, left an hour and a half earlier then what I had paid for and was charged an extra $2.00. Not a lot of money but why did I have to pay extra to leave early? Judging by the delay in leaving a lot of other vehicles were charged ‘extra’.

Will park here again.
At first a little challenging to find which parkade to go in, but easy to book, and navigate our way to the arena and leave when we were finished. We will use this parkade again if needed.

I paid for preparking for a certain time…
I paid for preparing for a certain time and had arrived a bit early. The staff let me in with no problem and tons me to enjoy my event I was attending!
