I think it’s really expensive to have to pay $16 for what ended up being 3hrs (I paid for 4 hrs) of parking. I think that considering that lot is never crowded after 10p there should be an after hours... Voir plus

Simple, cost-effective
A recent stay at a hotel had us utilizing parking.com for a parking spot. Easy to sign up - easy to find the lot - short distance to the hotel - couldn't ask for more! Oh - and the price was right!

Misleading and poorly marked parking
Was told by the hotel Ulysses to park in this lot as it was close and the cost was reasonable. There are no clear parking designations in the lot but it appeared to be the correct location per the information we had. When we went to get our car the next day, we had a ticket from another parking company saying that we owed them for parking there and the cost was more than double. I sent this other company the proof of payment and realized my receipt showed I paid for only two hours of parking. I am pretty unhappy with all the misleading information with parking in this area. If this is supposed to be a legitimate parking area, there should be signs and designations as to who to pay and what the rates are. I would say be very cautious parking in Baltimore.

The signage was not clearly indicated…
The signage was not clearly indicated as to which lot is the Mt Vernon lot, additionally even though I paid for parking on day one of my stay at the Ulysses hotel, I received a parking ticket anyway.

It is too complicated to extend time beyond 24 hours. Find a new system.

We were confused
We were confused putting in the information but kinda figured it out. No one to ask but we did confirm it with the hotel and we did it right!!! Seemed very well lit up at night and appeared to be well patrolled and safe!!! We were approached by several people asking for money but a simple no and they were on there way! I’d park there again!

VERY confusing to extend time
VERY confusing to extend time. Because of this, I thought I had extended another 24 hours, but hadn't.
Moreover, I not receive a text telling me that my parking time had expired.
