Got a ticket because the license plate…
Got a ticket because the license plate was not read correctly. Not only did I have to pay for parking but got a $75 ticket. When asked about the ticket the clerk said there is nothing she could do, use code to dispute. I certainly did dispute showed receipts three days later still no response. It's a total ripoff with no thinking put into reading the license plate. I will not stop until I get this ticket removed. Ruined a perfectly good night.

Very confusing to add license plate after making reservation. Had to call customer service, my reservation couldn’t be found but eventually was able to add it.
Get to parking garage, no place to scan issued QR code. Found parking lot attendant across street from garage entrance, clearly SP+ parking attendants. They indicated no need to scan QR code. Hell anyone could have parked in there.

The program was very easy to maneuver…
The program was very easy to maneuver for someone who is young and used to a smart phone. The elderly; however, would be very confused. I wasn’t happy about the rate for parking in the area where I was but I’m sure you don’t dictate that factor.
