I was charged twice I have called the parking location and left message and have not received a call back and both charges have posted.

Ease of transaction - simple, straightforward process

I was unable to use Apple Pay and felt unsafe pulling out my card to pay to park

I Found a ticket in my windshield, urging me to pay a penalty fee of $75. I entered, showed my reservation, I parked my car where I was directed, and got a Ticket !!!
I had to lose time sending explications debating the penalty fee, and I am still waiting the email that tells me that I am not in trouble anymore.

Very bad experience…

Tried to pay for 2 spots. System Would not allow it. Was getting validations also for both spots. Got 2 validations but also a ticket for one spot.

terrible. website does not work with apple pay but leads you to believe it does. surely scamming a lot of people out of money twice with multiple payments AND supplemental tickets. will never park here again.

Parking that is more than 300 yards away should NOT be over 10 dollars...maybe 3 dollars at the most.

I received a parking ticket and am still waiting on a response to my dispute.

ONline experience went very smoothly. I got text message to confirm the status of my parking.

Easy to use, but expensive for just an evening event. I wish instead of paying for the entire 24 hour period, I could have paid for just the night (7pm-12am ) and paid half as much.

Never used an app to pay for parking so this was thebfirst time doing it. The sign wasn't clear about acanning the code as soon as you park. So I scanned when I got back. I had to call customer service to make sure I was going to be charged accordingly.

I received a ticket even though paid and didn’t even come close to passing my time. Reached out to customer service more than a week ago and I’m still waiting for them to reach back out to me. It’s kind of an insult that I got a review prompt before I was able to get anyone to contact me back.

I was given a $75 ticket. This is after I paid for parking and received my confirmation. I am disputing this on their website (which I shouldn't have to waste my time doing) but still haven't received a response after a full week. Not even my first bad experience with this lot.

It was my first time using a QR code to pay for parking. It was pretty easy, and when I had questions, there were two nice young men there to help me out. I don’t know if they actually worked for the company, but nonetheless, the process was easy and the text confirmation reassured me that I had done it right.

Predatory (misleading) business practices. The font size stating "scan to park" vs overall dimensions of the sign and graphics are obviously an intentional design choice to charge exorbitant fees (literally 6x the price to park ($10 * 6 = $60 + $5 admin fee ($75). I didn't get a survey or rating option in my email after the fine issue, only the next night when i had to use the lot again for the same venue :D.

Way overpriced and scanning a QR code is a security risk to mobile devices. Not a great way to provide a service.

I paid for parking, but had a typo in the license plate. Got ticketed for $75 fine 12 minutes later. Submitted a dispute the same night and haven't heard any follow up 3 days later. The parking website doesn't work well, either, on mobile.
