Other than the scanner couldn't read my QR code on my phone........it's a great place to park. Please fix this problem.
It’s really practice and super nice, but some time I had a few problem whit de QR and Parking lots , becase doesn’t work in some places .

Other than the scanner couldn't read my QR code on my phone........it's a great place to park. Please fix this problem.
Did not work
The QR code for the spot I purchased wouldn't work. I had to wait at the gate of the garage and call assistance, taking up lots of my time. The said it will work on the way out, but it did not. I sat at the gate again, calling assistance, while multiple cars were stuck in the garage behind me waiting. It was a nightmare.

I would give zero stars if I could
I would give zero stars if I could. Garage I prepaid for today was oversold. Spent 45 minutes looking for a spot. Finally a kind person waited for me before they pulled out. Exit gates not working properly so ramps were blocked. Will be writing directly to parking.com with a complaint.
Great online discount price
Great online discount price. Very easy to navigate website and make reservation. Driving into city with identified destination and affordable parking reservation reduces stress of navigating Chicago as opposed to roaming around looking for random overpriced parking.
Customer Service does not exist
No stars would be an adequate rating. Unfortunately street parking hours didn't start until 9am. I needed to park at 7am, this was the only Public Parking available in the area. I paid $18 to park via paper ticket. The machine would not accept my paid paper ticket to leave the garage. CS Agent #1, was trying to help but she was not clear from the intercom. CS Agent #2, was the rudest and refused to listen to me. She continued to just let me I'm wrong. I need to find another exit and this garage has only one entrance/exit point. I was stuck 30 minutes in this garage!!! I didn't want to pay again for parking but I downloaded the app, paid for parking again ($15). Still could not exit. CS Agent #3, was only willing to help because I purchased the parking via app. Worst experience!! This garage need to state clearly to be app only because clearly your machines and CS agent don't accept the paper ticket.

The last two times parking and using…
The last two times parking and using this service I can never get out the garage without calling an attendant and giving them a TON of information. I am always within my window but the barcode never works to exit. Same garage both times

Customer service non-responsive
The barcode from pre-payment did not work, so I had to pay for the parking. There was no response from the email I sent regarding the circumstance and inquiring how to have my pre-payment refunded.
Did not honor parking voucher
I would give ZERO STARS if possible. Did not honor parking voucher for 24 hours of parking. Have not refunded my money. Ended up paying more than double for my parking. No one on site to help resolve problem. The people available remotely during the process were not able to help. Lousy/expensive experience.

It was a little difficult getting the operating device to read the app on the phone. We had to get out of the car to get the gate open. I like having the advanced parking setup. this is the 2nd time I've use this sight and plan to use it in the future. Thank you
QR scanner would not scan my code
QR scanner would not scan my code. I tried with a printed QR code and my cellphone. I pulled a ticket and called SP+. I was told to put my ticket into the slot and use the QR code upon departure. It would not work. It took 20 minutes to get to an agent. I was told to get help from the parking garage. I could barely hear the garage attendant due to low volume and a very noisy garage. I was finally released from the garage without having to pay beyond my $13.00 fee. Very frustrating experience.
