happy with their valet service. prices were very reasonable too. better than parking on the streets of SF after dark.

The garage is not open!?
I booked a parking spot, and paid the money in advance. When I arrived to the garage that day. The security told me the garage is not open for public!? I had to spend another 20 mins to find another parking space.
If you can’t sell the parking spot, why you don't just remove it? I have a very bad experience using this website.

Super buggy "app"/mobile experience
Super buggy "app"/mobile experience, never saves my info, would love if it could even just read my own contact info, I have to manually enter every single morning I use parking.com. Would be nice if I could fast rebook or have a profile that saves my info. Sometimes it's down and doesn't work at all, so I have to use Spot Hero to park somewhere else. Doesn't accept my pre-tax parking benefit card so I have to submit receipts later when using parking.com. Terrible mobile and even web experience.
