Great location, easy in and easy out. The proposed code worked perfectly.

The parking part was fine but then we were charged $42.50 for parking a week later when we weren't there. we did contact them and they refunded it. just strange why we were charged.

Difficult to use. QR code not initially read by my phone. This caused a 5-minute delay at the gate. Unacceptable, And no way to pay with a credit or debit card at this parking lot. Not good.

Price was almost 3 times the amount shown in large print on the front of the garage- the space was extremely tight with dangerous turns

App doesn’t retain the data after time expires. What happens when you are late? Horrible.

The site ran out of print tickets. The help desk seemed to be located in another country. They were giving me instructions for pushing buttons and procedures that did not correlate to the kiosk at One East Scott.

Need to be able to use your phone to scan in the parking pass QR CODE, not have to print off the QR code only way to get in

Dani responds immediately and is very helpful. I'm a monthly parker and my daughter needed a few nights for her car recently. He responded quickly and helped make it happen - at a reduced rate too!!

Very bad system,you’ll arrive at a city at 10000 km with rent a car and its necessary to know the plate and PRINT the bookin, not possible show in movil phone. 58€ for nothing

The experience with this company, at least in the parking that I used was really good, even I forgot to take with me my receipt with the QR code and they are really easy to call in the same parking and they verified me as a costumer and help me to get to the parking. The only bad thing for me is the spacing between cars, it's really to short for me and my experience parking cars....

I am so disappointed of this parking service - I booked in advance and paid 90$. The next day, when we tried to go out, the machine did not recognize our scancode and we had to pay an additional 45$ (for which we already paid 90$). There was no one that could help us and we ended with 115$ of parking fees for not even 2 days and no one to reimburse us. I won't recommend at all!
