Perfect location for our theater outing. I did have some questions after I made our prepaid reservation. Why is there two phone numbers on the page that are nonexistent?

Rip off
This parking lot is grossly overpriced at $30
. They just rip off theater goers.

Parking is good but too expensive
Parking is good but too expensive. I usually use a different lot for 1/2 the price. I had knee surgery and couldn’t walk as far.

My Preferred Parking Place for the Orpheum
I usually park at this location when I attending a show. For me, it is a short walk to the theater, and has easy access and exiting which allows me to quickly get in to park and get out before the leaving traffic becomes an issue, except when Taylor Swift performs in town!

Easy of useability
Easy of useability, QR readily available to download app. Was super excited not to have to get out of my car and walk to the kiosk to pay. Am excited to be able to use this app in the future.

I prepaid $30 for tonight and the lot was absolutely packed- I even arrived early.
I had to go to another lot and paid another parking fee! I am angry. I need to figure out how to get reimbursed.
If you are going to take prepaid parking you should make sure you have parking spots available!

MAKE IT QUICKER TO TRANSACT
MAKE IT QUICKER TO TRANSACT! Process takes too long in downtown Minneapolis parking lot. NOT a mobile friendly app. User should be able to quickly use Apple Pay. Instead credit card info needs to be entered ????!!!!

Parking was as advertised
Parking was as advertised. Fortunately found a spot soon as someone was leaving. Otherwise it would have been very frustrating to find an open spot.

The QR code payment system failure
The QR code payment system wouldn’t say payment had been accepted, then that it had been but no receipt was received. Ended up paying TWICE for the parking space, with another three attempts being reversed. The Pay Here kiosk accepted the payment (for $9 instead of the QR $26) but had no paper to dispense a receipt. Lesson: Use the Pay Here kiosk and don’t bother with the paper receipt. Do NOT use the QR code.

Right next to the theater and where we went to eat, easy to pull up and pay on your phone or the machines on sight.
