Parking.com - (P) 2030 LINDELL Avis 19

We pre-paid for a spot in this lot for a concert. It was a convenient location, but barely worked out for us. There was no attendant there checking if people paid for spots. We happened to get the last spot in the lot. Had we been 30 seconds later, we would have paid $30 and not had a spot. I would not risk it again in the future.

The lot was good. Felt secure. Clean. Easy to get to Geodis from here. Only complaint isn't on the lot. It does take a long time to leave the lot when there's a big event. I'm a patient person, but if you're not, get there early or be aggressive to get out.

Had the parking @ last min, was higher on price from some of the lost but what do u expect for last min.

Good parking area for events at Geodis. It is a 15 minute walk bit it is about as close as I could research before the event.

I reserved a spot in a lot ahead of concert time and when I got there, the lot had been filled and I was turned away. I had to find and pay for an alternate parking spot and when I reached out to the company for a refund, I never heard back.

EDIT: I received a call from management/customer service regarding this issue. I was given a full refund and many apologies were extended. Thanks for taking care of this!

Was a clean place to park my Mustang and rates were reasonable

App, purchase, escort in to the lot all 5 stars. Deducted 1 star to help others decide if 90min waiting in line to leave the lot (Geodis concert) is worth the location. Until Geodis resolves parking & logistics issues we will not be back.

As an out-of-state purchaser, it was easy to purchase online, it was easy to get to, and there was an attendant there to make sure you were in the correct place. Not Parking.com's fault, but it was terrible getting out of the place. The venue (GEODIS Park) and the city need to do a much better job of traffic flow after events.

Getting in to the lot and the walk to Geodis was pretty good. Getting out at the end of the night took over an hour because of the lack of traffic direction.

We always use parking.com when we go to any event. The price is fantastic and it just makes like easier!!

Someone should’ve directed traffic post event. Took two hours to get out of parking lot.

Bought the spot. Got to the lot and they said it was sold out and find another place. Ridiculous.

Small hiccup with the parking app. Made a reservation for a sports event, and the reservation started early in the AM - way before I showed up to park. Ended up taking a different vehicle to the event and was worried about having a different license plate. Phones are off on weekends (go straight to voicemail), but I emailed customer service and they updated my reservation with the new tag/vehicle. Awesome service!

The parking lot attendant was friendly and very helpful. The process was easy to do, and I didn't need cash to cover the event. As far as parking goes, it was a great experience!
