The location of the garage I chose in downtown Baton Rouge was perfect. Right next to the Hilton and within walking of all the major downtown arts and cultural institutions.
Totally confused. It was unclear that I had to put in my credit card. Accustomed to pay upon exit. Directions are unclear. Several other users had to back up because they did not understand either.
$5.99 for 36 minutes of parking. That is outrageous. No clearly posted price to time breakdown so no clue what I was paying. Was shocked to see that amount for such a short time. Also not a fan... Voir plus

Could not open exit gate after event
Could not open exit gate after event. Spent at least 30 minutes trying. Vehicles were backed up, sounding their horns for us to hurry. Could not open. Finally got someone on phone to help us. Terrible experience

Terrible system. There was nothing wrong with the paper tickets
The instructions about scanning credit card were terrible. The driver behind me got out and helped. When I tried to leave the system couldn't find my entry record. It took about 20 minutes to leave. Thankfully no one was behind me. I had to buzz for help get a text message go to the web site and manually enter my credit card. Not sure what you do if someone is behind you

Difficulty in exiting the garage
My credit card let me in the garage but it wouldn’t let me back out. I didn’t see the call button until a nice woman got out of her car and helped me. The man on the call was hard to understand and it took me several minutes(over 10) to exit the garage.
Trouble from start to finish
Trouble using my credit card coming and going. Finally spoke to an agent for help who took card information and still got it wrong. Received a message invoice several days later. Very sloppy procedure. Witnessed others having similar issues. Will not use this parking service in the future.

If I could give you a half a point I would. There was a line of cars and the machines were not working properly. People could not get in. It was a fiasco and I won’t be parking there again.

Card readers did not work and no attendant on sight. Higher price. Delayed my travel. Terrible system. I will park next door on my weekly trips.

Horrible Local Customer Service
My recent experience at this current parking lot was horrible. After parking my car here, I found myself stuck in the lot due to the gate not opening. The lack of assistance made the situation even worse! The local staff was not concerned about the situation at all! I had to call a 1 800 number for assistance (they were awesome!!) but my friends and I basically had to break our work out due to the gate not working properly. I would highly suggest parking elsewhere.

The CHECK IN/CHECH OUT system 🤬
The ChECK IN/CHECH OUT system is NOT user friendly. Using the same credit card we used to check in wasn’t able to check us out? The delay backs up others in line aggravating a lot of folks.
Hope y’all can fix this glitch in your system. We sure don’t care to go through that again.

Very confusing system
Very confusing system. Had a credit card scanner which did not work. Plus there was QR code which was unclear as to its purpose. Had to give my credit card number on your website using my phone!! Way too much trouble and there was along line of cars waiting cause everyone was having trouble.
