I was over charged on my card for extra days when i had already been checked out of the hotel and i tried to resolve the issue and nothing was ever resolved the customer service was verry unprofesional and didnt want to give me my refund so i had to resolve the issue through my bank i will never use this parking service again.

This was convenient hotel parking in a downtown area located next to a convention center.

WAY TOO much. The gate wouldn’t open. We had to go out the in gate. I should never had to pay as I was a hotel guest. Hated the whole experience.

Terrible price for an unsafe place. Machine doesn’t work well and overcharged me

Everything worked fine. No problem getting in or out. My only recommendation would be that the hotel people be more knowledgeable on the system for first time users.

I just couldn't believe we had to pay for parking while staying at the hotel. That's just ridiculous.

Charged for park when I wasn’t supposed to be charged.

I was charged once for the correct amount and then charged another $150 for an additional week (and I was not there for that week). The cameras/tech you have tracking license plates needs to be updated if that is how you are going to charge people.

Thanks for making it easy and clear. Price tag was high, but you get what you get. At least it was easy.

Parking pass delivered on time and in convenient format.

$18 per night for outdoor parking, no security, no special lighting, nada. I had to use this lot since there were no other options. Karma is a certain. I know you'll get rewarded somehow.

I liked the walking distance to my conference.

I was not happy with customer service when I initially attempted to check in. The person who was assisting me did not appear to be happy and ready to assist.

Validation code provided didn’t work. Entire validation process difficult to navigate.

Fast and uncomplicated.

Parking prices were diff each time and had to enter my credit card each time. It was annoying..
the room was not to great. Hair dryer still had hair and it was sticky and dirty.. no shower curtain.. room was just stuffy and smelled.. I would not recommend to friends..

The system was way too confusing and took too much of my time to simply be able to park our car at a hotel we paid over $100 a night plus resort a resort fee. There should be FREE parking. Not sure what the so called resort fee is for. Will never go back to that hotel due to the EXPENSIVE parking issue. We paid less to rent the car than to park it.

Another charge Parking lot not patrolled, office is empty, no overnight guard.

Convenient and easy however not sure about security presence.

Once I spoke with a human customer service representative then he had solved my issue in 3-5 minutes versus the 1.5 hrs I wasted in navigating Parking.com
Parking lot had zero functional overhead lights increasing the chance of theft. Needed help with a parking charge. Didn’t like the email help form. No human responded, received an automatic email sending me a link to parking.com which I had already figured out on my own. Show your customer service phone number prominently. (844) 472-7577 Is buried in several random self help questions.
