I really dont like that I’m getting double charged by the hotel and the garage and I can’t get a hold of the front desk . I’m having to email customer and issue a dispute to get my money back it’s been the absolute worst

Modern pricey convenient downtown electronic pay
It is modern late night downtown parking in a very convenient place. It is easy to pay and no worries about whether you are giving your payment to the wrong person or place. We came in two cars and all were more than satisfied despite $12/hour price. The convenient location was indisputable for us.
My only caution would be anyone who has no acceptable electronic payment that uses the scan codes at these type of lots. There are no personnel on the lot we used.

1. The hotel comp parking.
2. The charge for 1 night was 10.00 and my credit card was charge 29.00
3. I called the number listed on my credit card bill and no one answered.

Your parking time start in a moment when you’re parked! I needed 10 minutes to logon and they charged me for that time, lolIs not fear.

Horrible Parking Service
I stayed at the Double Tree downtown San Antonio, TX and parking fees were included. I had to pay every time I left the parking lot even though I explained several times to the attendant by phone and they were rude and said that if I didn't pay they could not let me out. They said they could not do anything about it.
