It was easy to set up and pay. I seldom go to that area but had no troubles paying for parking. Although, it would be better if there weren't as many apps for different locations.

There was an issue with the gate or the…
There was an issue with the gate or the system when I was trying to pay and leave the garage. I called the number and an agent just opened the gate and said have a good night. Then days later I’m charged a fee. I was able to pay at the time I was there and the person who opened the gate never said I would still be charged. I need a refund.

Clunky method to pay for parking vs others...but it worked. Not a quick and easy process like an efficient app. Takes twice as long as other good apps.
These folks should pay the PayByPhone parking app developer to do an app.for them. Parkers would be happier!

Application is not very intuitive
Application is not very intuitive, odd placement of options.
Perhaps you should build a phone app, instead of relying on web services.

Neither the text to park nor the app…
Neither the text to park nor the app worked. I wanted to pay for parking but couldn’t. Thats really bad for businesses in the area.

Easy to use app with some issues
Easy to use app. Missing ability to fix mistakes eg I entered the wrong license plate and noticed it after submitting. It would not allow me to cancel and resubmit. I paid 2x for a $11 parking. Also really dislike the varying rates by city eg South Maimi, Miami Beach etc. The rates should be unified for the county!
