should not have been charged -- parking lot was FREE after 2pm and i pulled in at 2:30 pm -- it is documented

Mobile website is broken
The mobile version of the website does not work on Safari or Chrome. The credit card field was broken, and I had to download the app. Then it doesn't have Apple Pay. I also paid $9 for 2 hr of parking (not sure if the app's fault or location), but it seemed to be a fixed rate for no reason.

It’s 2022, don’t type in a cc
It’s 2022. Who makes you manually type in a credit card? No scanning no Apple Pay, no PayPal, really? This was painful and harder than any meter I’ve used.

I parked my truck.
Uhhhh, I literally just paid to park my truck. It’s was behind Blake Street Tavern, so parking is meant for “compact cars”, so it was aiiight.

User Friendly but Wifi was slow
I feel like the internet connection was really slow so it was hard to enter information or submit information. I was not able to create an account because the internet connection was so slow but otherwise it was relatively easy to use.

I was a bit skeptical when we found…
I was a bit skeptical when we found this lot, however, I was beyond impressed when we left. This is a safe and fast way to quickly park your vehicle without all the hassle. I loved how convenient this was. We will definitely go back to this lot when we go to the city.
