There's no way to prorate the time on…
There's no way to prorate the time on the app. I paid for 2 hours and was there only an hour. I was told that I would get a call back and I never received a call back when my call had been escalated.

After i paid for 2 spots for 24hrs i got up the next morning and had received 2 parking tickets on both of my vehicles and sad part i was told by security there was nothing they could do i would have to dispute the tickets

Trust me this service is incredible

More Hassle
I would be nice if you could just run your credit card at the kiosk like you used to be able to do. It is a pain to have to try to figure out how to get to the website on the phone, then add the credit card, etc. Not everyone has a smart phone and/or wants to put their credit card number into their phone. Also, the 99 cent fee is nice to know after the fact. Just charge a dollar more instead of surprising customers at the end of the transaction.

A $36 surprise
I didn’t know in advance that the parking would cost $36! Where was that posted at the Westgate?

Will never park at this hotel again.
App said it would send me an email to save my profile but never sent the email to confirm. When i came back the second day I had to reenter all my information. It was also outrageously expensive. I paid $30 the first day for 6 hours. the second day it cost me over $100 for 14 hours. I live in Vegas and there was not even an option for 3 hours free like it is at most hotel/casinos for locals.

Being a first time user, was very easy to follow the directions. Adding your credit card before exiting the gates made it easier for traffic flow
