Just what I needed.

Kept looking for an attendant. BDidn’t realize the only way to pay was with the app. I wonder how many people don’t bother paying because it is not intuitive.

Used parking.com to attend PAC. Easy entry and easy pay as well as reasonable rate. Ample parking available plus convenient to PAC. Will use again in the future.

Made parking fast and easy. We even got a space near the intersection we needed to cross over.

Prepaid parking at Tulsa PAC. I saved 50¢ and just had to show the receipt. Easy.

I found it hard to locate the parking lot I wanted to use.

I was unable to scan your code for some reason so I had to use the text method to pay. I much prefer an attendant. Getting downtown and finding a parking place is difficult enough. Figuring out how to pay to park is just an added nuisance.

Just might need to have a parking lot attend on site. For those that might need help. Navigating the app or getting to the app to pay.

I was glad I prepaid for my parking spot. I have a handicap placard and I was glad that I was able to park in that zone.

2nd time i have used this, it went smoothly and very efficiently, better than purchases at the lot!

I'm a first-time user. The concept is great; however, when we arrived, there was no guidance whatsoever to indicate we were in the right lot (no signage I could find) or that we were proceeding correctly. There was a sign (no indication it was for prepaid and pay-on-arrival users) or that we needed to "register" our vehicle. I had to blindly scan the QR code and hope I wouldn't be charged twice. Other than that, the experience was good.

The convenience of the lot and being able to pre-pay for parking.

$5 for 30 minutes plus a 50 cent fee is robbery and outrageous.

This was the worst experience ever. I paid, on my phone, for parking from approx 10am to 1:pm. When I returned to my car at 10 to 1, I had a ticket that was issued at 12:05pm. I tried for 5 days to contest this to no avail. I ended up paying the $30 fine instead of having a heart attack from dealing with your horrible company. I will never park there again and have advised all my friends to avoid any parking lot that you control. My parking was $5.50 plus an aggravated $30.00 lesson to never use you again.

Changed date of parking.

Parking was directly across from main entrance. It said 2 minute walk, but it was probably more like 1 minute.
No fault of PAC, but only bad thing is when we were leaving (still daylight) I wanted to get a picture of my granddaughter under the big sign with the Baby Sharks and couldn't because there was a man passed out that had obviously wet his pants and clutching a bottle of booze and listerine. Again, no fault of PAC just unfortunate that all these young kids (average age 2-6) had to see this.

Took me 6 tries to pay using the QR code, it would not accept my credit card. If I’m expected to pay online with a card I should not be charged a service fee.

it was a easy process although a bit long for the first time. the lot was convenient to the events we were going to and had easy access.
