Unclear exit signs for driving to exit parking lot. Exit signs everywhere that lead to nowhere. I drove around for 10 minutes before I found an exit. No parking attendants to assist.

I enjoyed the ease..
I enjoyed the ease... paid online, I was able to secure the parking before I arrived at my location, drove directly into the garage without grabbing a ticket, or paying at a Kiosk.

Fair Parking Pricing
I really appreciated not being charged the extra hour plus time I thought we may use when I submitted our parking info/license plate # in your system for payment. It is a great practice to track actual parking time via a sensor when cars leave the parking garage.

I found it frustrating
I found it frustrating, to say the least! The signal is terrible! I had jury duty that day and forgot to write down or take a picture of my tag, so I had to do it in the garage.when I returned for the day, I tried to get a signal, to no avail (very stressful), so it was done while at a stoplight. My question is, how does one pay that may not have a phone or is technically challenged?

I don’t know if it’s this app/company or the city of Annapolis’s setup but coworkers of mine are regularly having issues with this app.

Horrible
Horrible, awkward system. Signs are not placed properly, and using the code system takes 3 times longer than before. And parking costs 3 times as much! I hate it!!

No phone service in garage (Verizon)
No phone service in garage (Verizon). Instructions unclear and no one to help. Had to go to hotel and no one there could help. The system sucks.

The system method was a little…
The system method was a little confusing. It will be nice to have instructions where it is easily view when entering the facility that is managed by parking.com
Other parking facilities gives you a ticket when coming in and the ticket is paid when leaving
