The rate on signage posted at entrance…
The rate on signage posted at entrance was less than I prepaid. Otherwise, easy entrance and exit. Site seemed secure but no attendant at location.

Crapy system
No error message but credit card payment was not successful with multiple attempts and different cards. Crapy system!

A company so bad they warn you that your stuff will be stolen
Company is so cheap they don’t have cameras or person(s) on duty. This allowed a security guard M. Baham, don’t know if he works for this company, to break into my car and steal about $3K worth of items from my car. The on duty supervisor still felt that I needed to be charged for parking at this place. Stay away and use hotels. Pretty sure this was an inside job.

Location was easy to find
Location was easy to find, lots of spaces available, within walking distance to almost everything Pier related. BIG sign not to pay anyone! Loved that..could see people getting scammed.

Parking lot is unsafe. Walked back to the parking lot and found 2 or more vehicle window busted.

the transaction was not going through…
the transaction was not going through so I closed it down and paid for it at a pay station. It cost a flat fee of $15. Then i was surprised by the charge on my account for $75.99. This is simply not right.

Parking kiosk not working.
No one onsite. Parking kiosk machine keyboard would not take license plate. Had to use slow website process. Got double charged had to call customer service.
