It was very easy to log on and pay for my parking as I was in a hurry to catch the train so I didn't have time to stop and pay at the kiosk.

Parking set up with ease.
Very easy to set up monthly parking at the train station I use to get to work everyday. Makes it much easier to tolerate the commute in this cold Chicago weather.

Overcharges and underperforms
Daily rate posted as $1.50. App only allows 12 hr purchase, so you have to pay 2x the posted rate, plus an obscenely high 61 cent service fee each time making it nearly 3x as much. Other parking apps charge fees less than half that amount, and allow 24 hour purchases on daily lots.

App did not work correctly. Could input location, car details and times but there was no way to initiate the parking session. Tried multiple times and ended up going to the website to complete. Very frustrating and ultimately time consuming.

Very confusing
I don’t understand why I could not just enter and pay for the parking spot I parked in. This is how it works when using the machines to pay. Instead when you use the app you need to enter license plate number. Also could not pay for 1 day of parking, had to select a certain number of hours. Ridiculous!

the app was not good
the app was not good. For a 1 day charge it wanted me to keep adding time and money. I could not pick how many hours i wanted to park becasue the sliding time interface was trash.

Used Parking .com to pay for parking and still got a ticket. I’m on day 3 of attempting to reach someone to get resolution. I’m probably still going to get stuck paying for a ticket I shouldn’t have received
